Why women have plastic surgery

If you live in southern California, you've probably noticed that most women are unnaturally perfect. They have perfect, round breasts. They have symmetrical, full lips. Their skin is flawless. They don't have wrinkles of any kind, even though they're well past their fortieth birthday. How is this possible? Are women in California impervious to aging? Hardly!
